Design

Mold & Tool

In this phase, our engineers will proceed the approved prototype to fabricating a tool within six to eight weeks.

Prototype

Please allow us five weeks to build a prototype that closely look like the finished package. We make all prototypes in-house from the same materials as the final package. So, it will give you a chance to evaluate the size and how the final product will look like.

Production

As soon as production starts, our quality team make sure the products are made exactly as all the defined specifications by closely monitoring production. Our customers’ ongoing needs are taken care of by providing manufacturing support and supply management till the end.
